Together with his fellow adventurers, the mystifying Kahlan Amnell and the powerful wizard Zedicus Zu’l Zorander, they take us from one spellbinding journey after another as they try to stop the evil Darken Rahl from unleashing the most terrifying force that could destroy the whole world as they know it.
So it is best to understand that the soul behind the story is provided by the famous writer Terry Goodkind, and his Sword of Truth novels are actually the inspiration behind the series. Some of the scenes are based loosely on the novels. Other adaptation of good books sometimes fail to give justice to the original work, but Legend of the Seeker is surprisingly good at striking the balance between showing what is from the novels. Indeed this film gives us more than what the books have to offer.

Bridget Regan of Legend of the Seeker has been cast to portray Annabelle Granger in Hide the TNT telepic.
The project, which is scheduled for launch December six on the Turner cable network, is centered on the book authored by Lisa Gardner of the same title. Regan will feature alongside Carla Gugino, who’ll portray D.D.Warren Boston Police Detective, who is invited to look into the remains within a buried compartment at a neglected mental hospital.
Because of the case, Gugino’s character is led to Annabelle (played by Regan), a youthful lady who moved around several times as a kid, changing identities as well as hiding from people and things she’s not even aware of. Warren makes use of pointers from Annabelle’s childhood to unravel the secrecy behind her distorted family past.
Other stars that will also feature in the project are Kevin Alejandro and Mark-Paul Gosselaar. Hide is being written by Janet Brownell, with Stephanie Germain and John Gray attached to executive produce and direct, correspondingly.
